Hello?!
When calling customer service anywhere for assistance, always get
a name and write it down before you forget it, hence, always have pen/pencil and
paper ready. Also note the date and time of the call and if possible the name of
the supervisor or other superior on duty. If you don't get the help you need
from the customer service rep, ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and if
they are busy at the time, ask for their names and the best time to call back to
speak with them. It is always fun to kick up a fuss and be b**chy but remember
you catch more flies with honey! (Although I recommend the bitchiness at least
once, just to indulge yourself!)
